This playful mixed media painting is part of my beer glass series. There are many bits of fabric in bright colors that bring the eye on a joyful dance from one part of the painting to another. The bright yellow dotted fabric at the bottom fades up to orange, rust and brick. The deep blue background provides a beautiful contrast of warm and cool colors. Acrylic paint mimics and fades out several of the fabric patterns. The crystal clear glasses sit atop these patterns, with delicate foamy beer patterns of their own. These lacy delicate patterns are what inspired me to start the series. 

The piece is painted on heavy duty gallery wrapped canvas on thick (1.5”) stretcher bars. All four sides are painted with a continuation of the front image. The painting is signed and dated on the front. It is wired and ready to hang.
